Ashton Kutcher Joins Reese Witherspoon In Netflix’s ‘Your Place Or Mine’

Two well-known faces in the world of romantic comedies are teaming up for a new spin on the genre. As first reported by Deadline, Ashton Kutcher is poised to join the cast of Netflix’s Your Place or Mine opposite Reese Witherspoon.
Per the initial report, the plot follows two lifelong best friends who live on opposites sides of the country. After deciding to swap homes for the week, the duo sees their entire lives change right before their very eyes.

Jason Bateman‘s Aggregate Films will produce the feature with Bateman directly serving as an executive producer. Additionally, Your Place or Mine will be the directorial debut of Aline Brosh McKenna (The Devil Wears Prada) who also wrote the screenplay. Reese Witherspoon will also produce the venture via her Hello Sunshine banner.
Since 2016, Ashton Kutcher has starred in the Netflix series, The Ranch, alongside Danny Masterson. However, the actor has not been seen on the big screen since 2014’s Annie reboot. Up next, Kutcher will star in B. J. Novak’s horror thriller film Vengeance alongside Issa Rae and Dove Cameron. Meanwhile, Witherspoon touts a bevy of awards throughout her career including an Academy Award, two Golden Globe Awards, and a Primetime Emmy Award. Most recently, the actress has wowed audiences in TV shows like The Morning Show and Little Fires Everywhere. Up next, Witherspoon will reprise her animated character in Sing 2 as well as star in the long-awaited Legally Blonde 3.
