Per the initial report, The Iron Claw will depict the rise, the fall, and the legacy of the Von Erich family. Originally from Texas, their actual surname is Adkisson. However, every member who has been in the wrestling business has used the ring name “Von Erich,” after the family patriarch, Fritz Von Erich. Professional wrestlers Kerry, Fritz, Kevin, Chris, Mike, and David all tout memorable careers in the business, with Kerry Von Erich winning major championships in the WWE. Unfortunately, all but Kevin Von Erich have tragically passed away. Notably, the Von Erich legacy lives on today with Marshall and Ross Von Erich competing in Major League Wrestling.
Currently, Zac Efron is filming season two of his hit Netflix series Down To Earth. Additionally, the actor recently appeared in memorable roles in Scoob! and Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile. Up next, Efron will star in the Disney+ remake of Three Men And A Baby. Additionally, the actor will star alongside Russell Crowe and Bill Murray in Apple’s The Greatest Beer Run Ever.
