‘Shang-Chi’ Set Footage Features Extended Look At Film’s Setting

With production on Marvel Studios’ Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings planned to resume soon, it appears a look at the film’s set has surfaced. 7News Sydney was able to capture overhead footage of the set, which is currently under construction.
In June, fans got a glimpse into the film’s setting thanks to some images from the set of Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings. The photos appeared to feature a village however, the pictures were too zoomed out to be sure. Thankfully this new footage from the set features a much closer look at the set which is currently being constructed.

As you can see in the video above, what appears to be a large village of some kind is being built in Western Sydney. According to 7News Sydney, production is planned to resume any day now, so fans should expect further footage from the set of Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings to surface soon.
Reports claim that the film will feature the Master of Kung-Fu facing off in a martial arts tournament for the Mandarin to win the Ten Rings. In addition to this, it is believed that the movie will also feature the first big-screen appearance of Fin Fang Foom in the MCU. The film will also include some of Shang-Chi’s history with MI-6, as many of its members rumored to appear.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings will be in theaters on February 12, 2021.
The film stars Simu Liu as Shang-Chi, Tony Chiu-Wai Leung as the Mandarin and Awkwafina in an undisclosed role.
