Charlie Cox Will Reportedly Return As Daredevil In ‘Spider-Man 3’

Yet another shocking bit of Spider-Man 3 news has been revealed. According to Murphy’s Multiverse, Charlie Cox is set to reprise his role as Daredevil in the MCU.
Now that the Netflix deal has finally expired, Marvel Studios is finally allowed to use Daredevil however they see fit. And according to Murphy’s Multiverse, that is exactly what Kevin Feige is planning to do as Cox has been signed on for several months now.

Since Daredevil‘s cancellation, fans began the campaign to save Daredevil, and it seems that has finally happened. As of now, Cox’s Matt Murdock is the only character that has been salvaged from the series, but it is not impossible for more to be used later on.
Cox joins an already massive cast, including new additions, Jamie Foxx, Alfred Molina, Benedict Cumberbatch, Andrew Garfield, and Kirsten Dunst. Murphy’s Multiverse did not reveal how large of a role the star will have in the film, but given the studio has decided to bring him back, it will most likely be significant.
