Adam Driver To Star In Sony’s Sci-Fi Thriller ’65’ With Sam Raimi On-Board To Produce

Adam Driver continues to build his legacy following the culmination of the Skywalker Saga. With upcoming roles in Ridley Scott’s The Last Duel and Gucci already confirmed, Driver will next team with Doctor Stranger and the Multiverse of Madness director Sam Raimi for a new project. As first reported by Deadline, Driver will lead the cast for Sony’s upcoming sci-fi thriller titled 65.
Raimi will executive produce the picture via his Raimi Productions along with Zainab Azizi and Debbie Liebling (Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story). 65 will feature a script penned by Scott Beck & Bryan Woods. Best known for their work on the critically acclaimed A Quiet Place, the filmmaking duo will direct the film as well.
However, outside of Driver in the starring role, little is known of the upcoming thriller or its cast. Plot details remain scarce at this time and its production date is in the air. The former Kylo Ren will likely need to wrap filming previously announced ventures like The Last Duel and Jeff Nichols’ Yankee Comandante before collaborating with Raimi, Beck, and Woods.

Moreover, his reprisal of Kylo Ren in The Rise of Skywalker helped steer the Star Wars film towards its $1.074 billion worldwide gross.
