Karen Gillan, Aaron Paul, & Jesse Eisenberg To Star In Riley Stearns’ ‘Dual’

Director Riley Stearns wowed audiences in 2019 with his black comedy The Art of Self-Defense. The film Jesse Eisenberg-starring film holds an approval rating of 84% on Rotten Tomatoes and Full Circle Film Critic James Preston Poole called it “a swift kick to the groin of toxic masculinity”. Up next, the filmmaker will tackle the sci-fi genre with Dual, a thriller the director wrote himself.
Dual will star Guardians of the Galaxy star Karen Gillan as a terminally ill woman. When faced with the fear of leaving her loved ones behind, she decides to clone herself before succumbing to her illness. However, after making a miraculous recovery, Gillan’s character fails to have her clone decommissioned leading to a duel to the death for one of them.
