Marvel’s ‘Helstrom’ Adds ‘X-Men’ Star Daniel Cudmore

A few weeks ago, Marvel unveiled the cast of its upcoming collaboration with Hulu, Helstrom. As first reported by Deadline, the cast is a bit larger with a former Marvel actor added.
Daniel Cudmore, perhaps best known for his turn as Colossus in the X-Men film franchise, has joined the ranks of the upcoming series. The versatile actor will play Keith Spivey, a nurse at St. Teresa’s where Daimon (Tom Austen) and Ana’s (Sydney Lemmon) mother, Victoria (Elizabeth Marvel), has been institutionalized for the last 20 years. His role is reportedly a recurring one.
Additionally, Shannon Chan-Kent (Good Trouble), joins the cast as Ruby. According to the report, Ruby is “a smart, savvy lesbian who scouts new talent for her television network’s diversity showcase.”
