Corey Stoll To Return As Yellowjacket In ‘Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania’

One of the most anticipated MCU films in the next phase of the franchise is Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. With Paul Rudd returning as Scott Lang and Evangeline Lilly reprising Hope van Dyne, it appears, fans can expect to see another familiar face during the events of the movie. During a recent appearance on the Still Watching Podcast from Vanity Fair, it was revealed that Corey Stoll is returning to the MCU as well.
Stoll first appeared in the MCU as Darren Cross AKA Yellowjacket in 2015’s Ant-Man. However, the character was absent during the events of the 2018 sequel Ant-Man and the Wasp. This was due to the fact that his character was seemingly killed during the climax of the first movie. It is not yet clear how the character will return.

Finally, Kathryn Newton will play Cassie Lang, Scott Lang’s daughter. Newton replaces Emma Fuhrmann, who played the character in Avengers: Endgame. Peyton Reed is returning to helm the film with Jeff Loveness (Rick and Morty) penning the script.
Corey Stoll’s career highlights include roles in TV shows like House of Cards and The Strain and movies like Black Mass and First Man. Up next, the actor has roles lined up in anticipated films like The Many Saints of Newark and West Side Story.
