‘Thor: Love And Thunder’ Set Photos Reveal Matt Damon’s Role

When it was announced that Matt Damon would appear in Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder, many wondered what the actor’s role would be. Now new set photos from the film have confirmed who he will play.
Many fans speculated that Damon would reprise his role from Thor: Ragnarok as an Asgardian actor playing Loki. Well, these new images have confirmed this is the case, and it also appears he will be reenacting a specific scene from the previous Thor film.

Based on the outfit worn by Damon’s Loki, it appears they will be performing in a play based on the death of Odin. Alongside Damon is who appears to be Luke Hemsworth, who portrayed Thor in Ragnarok’s previous play scene.
The fourth film in the Thor franchise sees the return of Natalie Portman as Jane Foster. Additionally, Taika Waititi confirms the actress will also take on Thor’s mantle within the events of the film at last year’s San Diego Comic-Con. Chris Hemsworth will also return as the Son of Odin. Additionally, Ford v. Ferrari star Christian Bale will play Gorr the God Butcher in the film. Moreover, the film will feature the aforementioned Guardians of the Galaxy, Korg, and Jaimie Alexander’s Lady Sif.
