It is yet to be determined if this video was depicting a stunt for the film. It is interesting that the stunt double deleted the post so soon after uploading it, so it’s possible Marvel forced him to take it down. So, for now, fans will have to speculate what this could mean for Mjolnir’s future in the MCU.
The fourth film in the Thor franchise sees the return of Natalie Portman as Jane Foster. Additionally, Taika Waititi confirms the actress will also take on Thor’s mantle within the events of the film at last year’s San Diego Comic-Con. Chris Hemsworth will also return as the Son of Odin. Additionally, Ford v. Ferrari star Christian Bale will play Gorr the God Butcher in the film. Moreover, the film will feature the aforementioned Guardians of the Galaxy, Korg, and Jaimie Alexander’s Lady Sif.
