The Snapchat Sisters is the story of three sisters who’ve drifted apart over the years following the death of their shared pet, Snappy the Snapping Turtle. The sisters begin to reconnect through Snapchat and must eventually solve the murder of Snappy. The original film played out like a 90’s children’s book ala The Boxcar Children but through the dog filter lens. Only time will tell if director, Kevin Spacey can capture that kind of magic a second time.
