‘The Suicide Squad:’ New Look At Ratcatcher & Polka-Dot Man Revealed

Last week, fans got their first look at Daniela Melchior as Ratcatcher and David Dastmalchian as Polka-Dot Man thanks to a video from the set of The Suicide Squad. Now a clearer look at their suits has been revealed via new images of the stars during filming.
Fans got their first look at Melchior, Dastmalchian and Idris Elba suited up in their comic-accurate costumes in a video featuring the stars filming a scene for James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad. While details were hard to make out in the video, these new images provide a clearer look at the actors.

It looks like Melchior, Dastmalchian and Elba will be sporting tactical versions of the characters’ looks. Many were curious how Polka-Dot Man’s costume would translate over to film, but it appears that the powers that be were able to make it work.

In addition to the stars above, there’s also the appearance of Margot Robbie in her new costume as Harley Quinn and what appears to be Steve Agee as King Shark. Agee is wearing what looks to be the typical set up for a CGI character, so it seems the character will be entirely animated.
