‘Superman & Lois’: Jordan Elsass & Alexander Garfin Cast As The Couple’s Twin Sons

Following the earth(s) shattering events of Crisis on Infinite Earths, the Arrowverse is entering uncharted territory. With Arrow coming to an end with last week’s series finale, The CW is working to get their newest DC series ready to premiere. As first reported by Deadline, Jordan Elsass and Alexander Garfin have joined Superman & Lois as Clark Kent and Lois Lane’s teenage children.
Previously, it was rumored that the series would include an iteration of Superboy. However, the final moments of Crisis confirmed that Clark and Lois had more than one son when the latter urged Superman to hurry back to Metropolis. This week’s character breakdowns confirmed that the couple has twins.
Elsass (Little Fires Everywhere) will play Jonathan Kent, described as a “clean-cut, modest and kind-hearted.” Additionally, Alexander Garfin (The Peanuts Movie) is Jordan Kent, who is “wildly intelligent, but his mercurial temperament and social anxiety limits his interactions with people, and consequently.”

Superman & Lois will star Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch as the titular characters. Former Flash Todd Helbing will write and executive produce the series. It’s likely the show will be included in The CW’s upcoming fall season alongside other Arrowverse shows Supergirl and Batwoman.
