The Arrowverse has never kept its characters deceased for long. Blackthorne will join a long list of actors returning following their character’s demise. Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim discussed his excitement about the return of Quentin Lance.
“He’s terrific… a total class act,” Guggenheim said. “When [we] sat down with him to give him the news, he couldn’t have been more gracious about it. I think his performance in the [Season 6] finale is among the best he’s ever given on the show. It is a very beautiful, poignant exit for this character.”
The final season of Arrow is receiving stellar reactions, including from our own Full Circle staff. It has placed focus on bringing the story to a close while highlighting the characters that have made it so special for the last decade.
