At Marvel Studios’ Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con, David Harbour revealed the first look at Red Guardian’s new costume in Thunderbolts*. The star appeared on stage at the highly anticipated panel with the rest of the film’s cast.
The new suit looks like it has undergone some significant changes from the original one worn in 2021’s Black Widow. In the Scarlett Johansson-led spy feature, Red Guardian’s costume was red and white, but this new uniform now features more gold accents. Additionally, the suit has fewer straps and looks to be more armored.
