A ‘Booster Gold’ Series Is In Development For The DC Universe

Included in James Gunn and Peter Safran’s DC Universe slate were a few surprising announcements. One such surprise was the reveal that a Booster Gold series is in development.
Created by Dan Jurgens in 1986, Booster Gold first appeared in Booster Gold #1. Michael Jon Carter is a man from the future who travels to the past to make it as a superhero. While originally depicted as a showboat who stages publicity shots with his knowledge of the past, he eventually develops into a more layered hero weighed down by his own history who would even go on to join the Justice League.
