‘Star Wars’: Damon Lindelof Film Reportedly Set In The Sequel Era

Damon Lindelof’s upcoming Star Wars project is still a mystery as no official news has been shared about the film. But now insider Daniel Richtman has shared some exciting information about its setting. According to Richtman, the film will be set during the sequel trilogy era and will feature characters from it.
The sequel trilogy era spans from The Force Awakens to The Rise of Skywalker, which leaves a good deal of time during which Lindelof’s story could take place. It is uncertain how closely the film could be tied to the events of the sequel trilogy, but it is interesting its set during this period.

Additionally, while Richtman claims the film will feature characters from the sequel trilogy, they will not be the stars of the project. Lindelof’s film will reportedly have a new set of leads and will feature a “woman of color” as the protagonist.
