‘Game Of Thrones’ Star Kate Dickie Joins The Cast Of ‘Loki’ Season 2 In Villainous Role

Since its inception, Disney+ has been the home of a host of new Marvel programming. The highlight of which has been the Tom Hiddleston-starring series Loki. Now, with season two rapidly approaching, Loki has cast Game of Thrones alum Kate Dickie for the cast of the Marvel series.
Dickie will reportedly portray a villain in the show. She joins the aforementioned Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino, Ke Huy Quan, and Owen Wilson, who will all reprise their roles in the continuation of the series. Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Eugene Cordero, and Tara Strong are also expected to return for season two as well. The season is produced by Marvel Studios, with Eric Martin serving as head writer and Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead leading the directing team.

Kate Dickie is perhaps best known for portraying Lysa Arryn in the HBO series Game of Thrones. Additionally, the Scottish actress won Best Actress at the British Academy Scotland Awards for her 2006 feature-film debut Red Road. Most recently, Dickie can be seen on the big screen in hit films like The Northman and The Green Knight.
