‘The Sandman’ Set To Return With New Episodes On Netflix

Audiences have not seen the last of Dream of the Endless. DC has confirmed that the Netflix series will return with new episodes based on multiple volumes of Neil Gaiman’s iconic series.
In a now-deleted tweet from DC Comics, which can be seen below, it was confirmed that the Netflix series will continue. The tweet read The Sandman “will return with new episodes based on multiple volumes of the Neil Gaiman graphic novels to explore even more stories of the Endless.”
The teaser from DC did not state whether these new episodes would come in the form of a second season or as bonus episodes similar to the series’ eleventh episode, which adapted A Dream of a Thousand Cats and Calliope. It is unknown why DC deleted the tweet, but the teaser for the new episodes will likely be released again soon.
