Netflix Seemingly Reveals Cast Of Live-Action ‘One Piece’ Series

It appears that Netflix has seemingly revealed the cast of the upcoming live-action One Piece series. In a now deleted post, the streamer announced the stars who will lead the show.
Moments after posting the announcement, the Netflix Latin America account deleted the post revealing the cast. According to the post, Iñaki Godoy, Mackenyu, Jacob Gibson, Emily Rudd, and Taz Skyler have been tapped to play Monkey D. Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, Nami, and Sanji, respectively.

Included in the now deleted post were the following posters for the cast.

First published in 1997, One Piece is written and illustrated by Eichiro Oda. The series is still in print today and has spawned a massive media franchise, including an anime series that first aired in 1999, a number of films, and several video games. In 2021 One Piece became the best-selling manga series in history, with 490 million copies in circulation.
There is no word on when Netflix will officially repost the announcement. For no though fans can look forward to further news on the series.
