First Look At Quintessa Swindell’s Cyclone Logo In ‘Black Adam’ Revealed

DC FanDome has offered yet another look at one of the new characters debuting in Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Black Adam. During the panel, the first official look at Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone was revealed.

Created by Mark Waid, Geoff Jones, Alex Ross, and Dale Eaglesham, Maxine Hunkel was first introduced in 2006’s Justice Society of America #1. An alternate version appeared as Red Tornado in 1996’s Kingdom Come #2. Hunkel is the granddaughter of the original Red Tornado, Abigail “Ma” Hunkel, who was an honorary member of the JSA. After T.O. Morrow kidnaped the young heroine, she discovered she had aerokinetic powers and went on to join the JSA, working alongside the heroes she once idolized.
