Camrus Johnson Suits Up As Batwing In New ‘Batwoman’ Set Photos

Another DC hero will soon join the ranks of The CW’s Arrowverse, only this time it will be a familiar face. New set photos from the filming of Batwoman season 2 have revealed Camrus Johnson’s Luke Fox suited up as Batwing.
The Luke Fox version of Batwing was created by Jimmy Palmiotti, Justin Gray, and Eduardo Pansica. The original Batwing was the Batman of Africa, David Zavimbe, a Congolese police officer. After David resigned as Batwing, Luke Fox took up the role in 2013’s Batwing #19.

These new images were taken from the set where they are currently filming the season 2 finale. It appears that the series is staying true to the comic book design as the suit looks to have been taken right from the page. It will be interesting to see what abilities this new suit will offer Luke as he joins the team in a more superheroic role.
The new season of Batwoman has featured some major developments, including the return of Kate Kane, now played by Wallis Day. The season has also featured the debut of Javicia Leslie as Batwoman when she took up the mantle during Kate’s extended absence.
