‘What If…?’ Concept Art Reveals First Look At Ultron, Loki & Iron Man

A number of leaks from Marvel Studios’ What If…? series have surfaced recently. Now a new look at concept art from the show has revealed the first look at Iron Man, Loki, and the return of Ultron.

The new art features the first look at reimagined versions of many iconic MCU characters, including Iron Man in his Hulkbuster armor, Gamora suited up in Thanos’ armor, and Ultron wearing the Infinity Stones. In addition to these designs, a new look at Loki and the Collector has also surfaced.

These images leave room for much speculation from fans as they wait for the premiere of What If…? later this year. In the case of Gamora, it appears she has donned Thanos’ armor, so it could be possible she has sided with her father in the pursuit of the Infinity Stones. Meanwhile, it appears as though Ultron has attained a number of the stones which he is now wearing on his chest plate; however, it is unknown how he may have gathered the stones. Lastly, in the case of Iron Man, his Hulkbuster appears to have several modifications not previously seen in the MCU, so this leaves room to speculate what brought on these upgrades.

The series will feature the stars of the MCU returning to voice their iconic characters. Some notable names include Haley Atwell as Peggy Carter, Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, and Josh Brolin as Thanos.
