Marvel/DC Film In Development At Peacock; Booster Gold To Star

Huge new out of Salt Lake City Comic-Con today as it was announced a Marvel/DC film is in pre-production. The film is said to be a Booster Gold-starring vehicle set for a 2023 release date.
Not much is known about the project other than that it will be released exclusively on Peacock. In order for both studios, Disney and Warner Bros., to agree on such film, it was decided by a judiciary committee that the film will be released exclusively on Universal’s streaming service, Peacock.
The film is expected to star DC’s Booster Gold and rumored to be a “versus” movie. The film will see both superhero universe’s collide as the hero from the 25th Century will be duking it out with a not yet announced Marvel hero.

The rumored combatant in the film is Captain Ultra. The “Superhero Who Can Do Anything Better Than You” has very little mainstream appeal, which is the driving factor behind this momentous announcement. Marvel sees no immediate use for the hero in their cinematic universe, which is what led to the agreement.
