With an already packed cast of DC villains, Titans season 3 is reportedly looking to add another foe to the mix. According to Lance Ausfresser of the Titans Group, Lady Vic will potentially appear this season.
Debuting in 1997’s Nightwing #4, Lady Vic was created by Chuck Dixon and Scott McDaniel. Descended from a long line of British soldiers and aristocrats, Elaine Marsh-Morton works secretly as a mercenary in the DC universe. Typically she serves as an antagonist for Nightwing and is often seen working alongside Blockbuster.

Given the season will feature a number of other villains, including Blackfire, Scarecrow, Red Hood, and The Joker, it seems unlikely Lady Vic will play a pivotal role. It seems more likely she will serve as a one-off foe for Dick Grayson’s Nightwing.
