‘The Batman’ Set Video Features Conflict Between Bruce Wayne & Penguin

Monday, new photos and videos from the set of The Batman surfaced online. Fans captured a number of looks at the film’s cast, including a confrontation between Robert Pattinson’s Bruce Wayne and Colin Farrell’s Penguin.
In the previous photos from the set, it seemed as though the characters were on peaceful terms or at least ambivalent about each other. But this new footage seems to suggest there is some conflict between the two parties.

In the footage, which can be seen above, Farrell’s Penguin is seen pushing Pattinson’s Bruce Wayne back when he reaches the top of the steps. It seems the two are attending a funeral for an unknown individual, so it will be interesting to how this connects the two characters together.
Before the production’s shutdown, set photos showcased The Penguin and, potentially, the Batcycle. The upcoming DC film will have Robert Pattinson’s Bruce Wayne face off against members of the Dark Knight’s rogues gallery. Its cast includes Colin Farrell as The Penguin, Paul Dano as The Riddler, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, and Andy Serkis as Alfred. The film’s first trailer debuted to a bevy of positive feedback as fans are Matt Reeves teases a deep-dive into Batman’s “World’s Greatest Detective” moniker.
