Following the well-received first two installments, the Creed franchise will move forward with a third film. As first reported by THR, MGM Studios will enlist the talents of up-and-coming filmmaker Zach Baylin to pen the script for Creed 3.
Creed, directed by Ryan Coogler (Black Panther) and its subsequent sequel Creed II have grossed a combined $387 million at the worldwide box office. Jordan as the son of legendary boxer Apollo Creed as he looks to continue his father’s legacy alongside his trainer Rocky Balboa, played by Sylvester Stallone, who starred in the original Rocky films.
