‘The Suicide Squad’ Set Footage Showcases Harley Quinn’s New Look

Just days after the release of Birds of Prey, the first look at Margot Robbie on the set of The Suicide Squad recently surfaced online, featuring an all-new look for Harley Quinn.
James Gunn’s highly anticipated entry in the DCEU is currently filming in Santa Ana, Panama City. Given they are shooting much of the scenes in the open, fans were able to capture some images and video from the set. Previously, these leaks captured looks at both John Cena and Idris Elba in civilian clothes. However, this latest batch of photographs showcase the first look at Robbie‘s Harley Quinn, who is sporting a whole new look.

As seen in the video, Harley has changed her hairstyle from her latest DCEU appearance. She has abandoned the pink and blue hair she has sported since Suicide Squad in favor of red and black. The look resembles her appearance from some very recent comics. It’s possible this change in appearance took place between the events of Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) and The Suicide Squad.
