‘Ready or Not’ Star Henry Czerny To Return For Next ‘Mission: Impossible’

Christopher McQuarrie’s been slowly filling out his rosters for the next two Mission: Impossible movies, and he has another addition to the list. Henry Czerny is set to return, revealed via McQuarrie’s Instagram.
Czerny has had many roles over the years, ranging from the first Mission: Impossible film as IMF director Eugene Kittridge, the villain in The Pink Panther, and his most recent role in film was in last year’s Ready or Not as Tony Le Domas. He’s had several guest television roles, like Toyman in Supergirl, and Matthew Keyes in Quantico.

Now that Czerny has joined the cast, that leaves our announced cast at: X-Men‘s Nicholas Hoult, Tom Cruise, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Hayley Atwell, Shea Whigham and Guardians of the Galaxy star Pom Klementieff.
Czerny’s Kittridge hasn’t been seen since the first film in the series. With a caption of “There’s no escaping the past…”, how do you think McQuarrie and his team will present his return?
The seventh Mission: Impossible film hits theaters on July 23, 2021, with the eighth entry releasing on Aug. 5, 2022.
