RUMOR: The Knight Will Appear In James Gunn’s ‘The Suicide Squad’

Warner Bros. is looking to expand the cast of James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad even further. According to Fandomwire, DC Comics’ the Knight will appear in the spiritual sequel.
First appearing in Batman #62 in 1950, The Knight is the British equivalent of Batman. The first iteration of the character, Percival Sheldrake, modeled himself after the Knights of the Roundtable and the Caped Crusader. His son Cyril served as his sidekick, Squire, until he took on his father’s mantle following his death. A member of the Batman of All Nations, the Knight is equipped with magical armor and a motorcycle.
Fandomwire’s report claims that the character will share a scene alongside Idris Elba’s Vigilante and King Shark while they are in prison. It’s also possible the Knight will appear in several moments throughout the highly anticipated film and could join the Suicide Squad in some capacity.
