Natalie Dreyfuss Joins ‘The Flash’ Season 6 As Sue Dearbon

After being teased last year, a classic DC Comics character is making their way to the Arrowverse. As first reported by TVLine, Natalie Dreyfuss has joined the cast of The Flash as Ralph Dibny’s eventual wife, Sue Dearbon.
Dreyfuss is best known for her role as Esther Mikaelson in The Vampire Diaries spinoff series The Originals. Her other credits include The Secret Life of the American Teenager, True Blood, and CBS’ hit comedy 2 Broke Girls.
Created by John Broome and Carmine Infantino, Sue Dearbon was the longtime love interest of the Ralphy Dibny, otherwise known as Elongated Man. Her murder was the subject of the 2004 DC Comics story Identity Crisis. Her most recent comic appearance came in Detective Comics #1000.
Dreyfuss will make her debut as Dearbon on The Flash later this season. Her character is “the daughter to one of Central City’s most wealthy families. But there’s much more to Sue than just the socialite reputation that always precedes her, which master detective Ralph will discover when they finally meet later during Season 6.”
