‘Dunkirk’ Star Barry Keoghan To Portray Druig In Marvel Studios’ ‘Eternals’
Marvel Studios’ next franchise has found its villain. Dunkirk star Barry Keoghan will portray Druig in Chloe Zhao’s Eternals. The announcement came during Marvel Studios’ portion of the Disney Films panel at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, California.
Keoghan is best known for his role as George Mills in Christopher Nolan’s WWII drama Dunkirk. His other credits include The Killing of a Sacred Deer, American Animals, and HBO’s Chernobyl. Next year, Keoghan will appear alongside Dev Patel and Alicia Vikander in the medieval fantasy film Green Knight.

His abilities include enhanced strength, accelerated healing, cosmic energy manipulation, flight, teleportation, and matter transmutation. Druig is a cousin to Ikaris, who Game of Thrones star Richard Madden will portray in the Marvel Studios film.
