It seems that the Master of Kung Fu will have his hands full in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. According to MCU Cosmic, evidence may point to Awkwafina playing Fah Lo Suee, the sister of Shang-Chi.
First appearing in Master of Kung Fu #26 in 1975, Fah Lo Suee is the daughter of the criminal mastermind, Fu Manchu. Since her debut in Marvel Comics, the character has been at odds with her brother Shang-Chi.
If the current rumors are to be believed, Shang-Chi’s origins may be altered for the MCU. Rather than being the son of Fu-Manchu, the hero will be the son of the Mandarin, played by Tony Leung. This could mean that Awkwafina will be working alongside her father as a member of The Ten Rings.
