UPDATE: ‘Titans’ Rumored To Appear In The CW’s ‘Crisis On Infinite Earths’

UPDATE: Ausfresser took back his claim that characters from Titans will appear in the Crisis In Infinite Earths crossover. “My apologies.. My sources who have been reliable since last season.. there was a misinterpretation of conversation since yesterday on my part. Wish there wasn’t. No titans In the crisis crossover,” he wrote in the Titans Facebook group.
The CW’s upcoming crossover is pulling out all the stops. According to insider Lance Ausfresser in the Titans Facebook group, characters from DC Universe’s Titans will appear in Crisis On Infinite Earths.
Titans won’t be the only non-CW property that will be making an appearance in the crossover. Kevin Conroy, who has voiced Batman in various animated DC projects for over 20 years, is set to appear in Crisis as an older version of Bruce Wayne. Additionally, Burt Ward, the Robin to Adam West’s Batman in the ’60s live-action series, has an undisclosed role in the event. Michael Rosenbaum and Tom Welling from Smallville are also rumored to be appearing.
Crisis on Infinite Earths will be a five-part event that takes place over two quarters. The event will include Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, and Legends of Tomorrow. Appearing in their first crossover as an official series will be Ruby Rose’s Batwoman, with the first season set to premiere this fall.
While this news may sound too good to be true, Ausfresser has been spot on with his information regarding DC TV shows. Keep in mind, if the Titans are set to appear, we should get confirmation from DCU or The CW in the coming months.
