Black Lightning Will Appear In ‘Crisis On Infinite Earths’

Since it’s debut on The CW 2 years ago, Black Lightning has been the network’s one DC show that operated outside of the confines of the Arrowverse. However, that changes later this year with the titular character plays a role in the upcoming crossover event Crisis On Infinite Earths.
Confirmed by Cress Williams, who plays Black Lightning in the series, via Instagram, the addition is in response to fans of the showing hoping to see him interact with the likes of The Flash and The Green Arrow. Check out the Instagram post below:
This crossover is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious efforts by The CW. With the addition of Batwoman and the curtain call for Arrow, fans are likely to remember this season’s outing for a long time.

This news comes off the heels of a bevy of announcements from The CW’s TCA panel, including release dates and the addition of Kevin Conroy at Bruce Wayne.
It will be interesting to see how Black Lightning interacts with the other heroes. Outside of his superpowered children, he not really collaborated with any other DC heroes on the battlefield.
