Many believed that Portman was done with her MCU appearances after reports surfaced she was furious about Patty Jenkins walking away from the director’s chair for Thor 2. That appears to be water under the bridge at this point as she will once again portray Jane Foster.
Thor: Love And Thunder will be inspired by Jason Aaron’s Mighty Thor, which saw Jane Foster take on the mantle of the God of Thunder. The film we see the return of Taika Waititi’s Korg and Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie. Thor: Love And Thunder is slated to hit theaters November 5, 2021.
