Details On Superboy’s Costume In ‘Titans’ Season 2 Revealed

Titans will introduce one of its classic heroes in their modern attire. According to insider Lance Ausfresser in the Titans Facebook group, Connor Kent, aka Superboy, will be sporting the Superman T-Shirt in the DC Universe series.
In a move that may disappoint DC fans, the series has gone with the simple Superman shirt and jeans for Joshua Orpin’s Superboy. Although this has been the typical attire for the half-Kryptonian, he originally wore a jacket and some Superman threads that looked pretty badass, to be honest. Nevertheless, the t-shirt and jeans make sense for the grounded take the DC Universe series is known for.

It was recently revealed that Doctor Who actress Natalie Gumede had joined the series as Lex Luthor’s Bodyguard Mercy Graves. If you’re familiar with Superboy’s origin, you’ll know it’s tied directly to Luthor. It’s only a matter of time until we get introduced to Lex himself, but it’s not clear if he’ll actually pop up in the next season or simply be mentioned.
Production on the highly-anticipated second season of Titans is currently underway. We speculate that they are halfway through their 13 episodes and possibly began to shoot a Superboy-focused episode recently. To add to that, we’ve heard that Connor Kent may debut in the show a handful of episodes in after the Trigon story is finished.
