Today, Script Notes has revealed that director and producer, Megan McDonnell, has joined the project and will serve as a writer on the series.
McDonell hasn’t had very many projects but she has served as a director and executive producer on Meet Cute, which is a short film that stars Jon Bass (Baywatch, Molly’s Game) and Juno Temple (Mr. Nobody, Sin City: A Dame to Kill For).
With production finally pushing forward, we’re looking towards a very fun and exciting series! No word on the release date, but it should be premiering in 2020 or early 2021.
Jac Schaeffer is attached to the series along with Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany reprising their respective roles.
