‘The Flash’ Set Photos Offer First Look At New Captain Boomerang

The final season of The CW’s The Flash is set to introduce a new take on one of the hero’s iconic rogues. New set photos from the show have revealed the first look at actor Richard Harmon as the son of the original Captain Boomerang.
Created by Brad Meltzer and Rags Morales in 2004, Owen Mercer debuted in Identity Crisis #3. The son of the original Captain Boomerang, Digger Harkness. After his father’s death, he took his name and tried to make a name for himself. The character has often skirted the line between hero and villain and has even worked alongside Nightwing. Unlike his father, Owen has powers of his own, including short bursts of super speed.
