Marvel Studios’ ‘Captain America 4’ Titled ‘New World Order’

After Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson took over as Captain America, fans were excited to see more of him in the role. Now they can look forward to it as Marvel Studios has officially announced Captain America: New World Order at their Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con.
The film is set to pick up after the events of Avengers: Endgame and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Following the events of the Disney+ series, Wilson finally accepted the shield and took on the mantle once held by Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers.

New World Order is an interesting title for the film as this was also the name of an organization founded by the Red Skull in a plot to take over the world. The Red Skull last appeared in Avengers: Infinity War as the keeper of the Soul Stone, so it will be interesting to see if he will make a return in some way.
Malcolm Spellman, creator and head writer of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, is penning the script with Dalan Musson, who served as a staff writer on the show. Nigerian-American filmmaker Julius Onah, best known for his work on 2018’s The Cloverfield Paradox, has been tapped to direct.
