Leaked ‘Doctor Strange 2’ Funko Pops Reveal Supreme Strange & More

Promotion for Marvel Studios’ highly anticipated Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is heating up. Tuesday, a number of Pop Funkos surfaced online, revealing the first look at a new Strange variant as well as a new character.
The Pops, which can be seen below, features a character referred to as Supreme Strange who does not resemble the previous variants shown in the film’s marketing. His outfit resembles the giant Doctor Strange statue shown in the previously released trailer, so this could be the variant from that reality. In addition to Supreme Strange, the Pops have also provided a new look at Scarlet Witch, Wong, Mordo (who is now referred to as Master Mordo), America Chavez, Rintrah, and a new character named Sara.

It seems possible Sara could be the MCU’s version of Sara Wolfe. In the comics, she was the great-granddaughter of a Cheyenne shaman who became Strange’s secretary. She would eventually become a love interest for Wong as well.

Benedict Wong, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams are set to reprise their roles from the original film as Wong, Strange’s nemesis Mordo, and Christine Palmer, alongside Cumberbatch, respectively. Xochitl Gomez is also set to make her MCU debut as America Chavez. Raimi took over directing duties for the movie after Scott Derrickson exited the project earlier this year.
