‘Moon Knight’ Promotional Art Reveals New Look At Mr. Knight
Marvel Studios recently revealed the first official look at Moon Knight’s Mr. Knight persona. Now, new promotional art has surfaced featuring a full look at the costume.
Making his debut in 1975, Marc Spector is a Jewish-American born in Chicago, Illinois. As an adult, Spector decides to give up being a Marine to become a mercenary. While on a mission in Egypt, Spector is left for dead after losing a fight to Raoul Bushman. He’s found by a group of Egyptians who take him to an ancient temple that houses a statue of the moon god Khonshu. As Spector fights for his life, the god appears to him, offering him a second chance at life.

As seen in the art above, Marvel Studios has fully embraced Mr. Knight’s comic book look, including his white suit and escrima sticks. It seems that personality and the primary Moon Knight persona will be the main identities touched on by the series based on the last images.
Jeremy Slater, known for his work on Netflix’s Umbrella Academy adaptation, is set to develop and write the Marvel Studios series. Moreover, Mohamed Diab (Clash), Justin Benson, and Aaron Moorhead (The Endless) will direct various episodes of Moon Knight as well. In addition to Oscar Isaac and F. Murray Abraham, who portray Marc Spector and Khonshu, respectively, the series also stars Ethan Hawke, who is rumored to be playing another god.
