John Krasinski’s A Quiet Place became a cultural phenomenon back in 2018. The film has already spawned a sequel in A Quiet Place Part II and will now see two more movies set within that universe.
Paramount+ announced that the spin-off film being helmed by Pig director, Michael Sarnoski, will be released in 2023. Not much is known about this spin-off other than the fact that it will not follow the Abbot family from the first two films. This is an entirely new idea that will expand on the world created by Krasinski.
A Quiet Place Part III will be released theatrically sometime in 2025. This is a direct follow-up to the two original films and will see the continuing adventures of the Abbot family. Details about this other film are equally under wraps, but it should excite fans of the original two.

The previous two films have grossed over $600 million (one even releasing during a pandemic and then quickly shuffled to Paramount+. The films have been regarded as breaths of fresh air for the genre. It’s exciting to hear that the creatives behind the films are confident enough in the property to expand it even more so.
