‘Moon Knight’ Promo Art Reveals Look At Hero’s Full Costume

Marvel Studios’ recently debuted the first trailer for their upcoming Moon Knight series on Disney+. The footage offered a glimpse of Oscar Isaac in costume, and now new promotional art for the series has surfaced featuring a full look at the hero in costume.
Making his debut in 1975, Marc Spector is a Jewish-American, born in Chicago, Illinois. As an adult, Spector decides to give up being a Marine to become a mercenary. While on a mission in Egypt, Spector is left for dead after losing a fight to Raoul Bushman. He’s found by a group of Egyptians who take him to an ancient temple that houses a statue of the moon god Khonshu. As Spector fights for his life, the god appears to him, offering him a second chance at life.

Previous looks at the suit have emphasized the Egyptian source material of the costume, with many pointing out the bandages similar to those in mummification. And this new art further illustrates these details as even the character’s cape appears torn and ragged.
Jeremy Slater, known for his work on Netflix’s Umbrella Academy adaptation, is set to develop and write the Marvel Studios series. Moreover, Mohamed Diab (Clash), Justin Benson, and Aaron Moorhead (The Endless) will direct various episodes of Moon Knight as well.
