‘The Marvels’: New Details About Monica Rambeau’s Costume Revealed

Marvel Studios’ upcoming blockbuster The Marvels is set to unite Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel, Teyonah Parris’ Monica Rambeau, and Iman Vellani’s Kamala Khan for an exciting adventure. Now new details have been revealed about Parris’ costume in the feature film.
Created by Roger Stern and John Romita Jr., Monica Rambeau debuted in The Amazing Spider-Man Annual #16 in 1982. Introduced as the second Captain Marvel, she gained her power after being bombarded by extradimensional energy. After some time, she went on to go by other names, including Photon, Pulsar, and Spectrum. She has been a member of the Avengers, Nextwave, and The Ultimates. The character made her MCU debut in 2019’s Captain Marvel, played by Akira Akbar. Parris then went on to play an adult Monica in WandaVision on Disney+.

The Marvels is set to feature Larson’s Captain Marvel, Parris’ Monica Rambeau, and Vellani’s Kamala Khan. The film is set up to serve as a sequel to 2019’s Captain Marvel but will seemingly serve as a larger event film in the MCU similar to Captain America: Civil War.
