Barker is also joining the film as a producer after a long copyright legal battle over the IP. He will regain the rights on December 19th, 2021. David Bruckner, who recently directed The Night House is the director of the new Hellraiser. Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski wrote a screenplay with a story from Goyer.
