Friday, the first look at Marvel Studios’ Moon Knight costume for its upcoming Disney+ series seemingly leaked online. Now what appears to be concept art for the show has revealed the entirety of the suit’s design.
Making his debut in 1975, Marc Spector is a Jewish-American, born in Chicago, Illinois. As an adult, Spector decides to give up being a Marine to become a mercenary. While on a mission in Egypt, Spector is left for dead after losing a fight to Raoul Bushman. He’s found by a group of Egyptians who take him to an ancient temple that houses a statue of the moon god Khonshu. As Spector fights for his life, the god appears to him, offering him a second chance at life.

The concept art appears to match the overall design of the suit that surfaced online prior. Some notable differences being that the art features Moon Knight’s cape and a brighter white design. It is possible this will be added in post-production to the suit, but that remains to be seen for now.
Jeremy Slater, known for his work on Netflix’s Umbrella Academy adaptation, is set to develop and write the Marvel Studios series. Moreover, Mohamed Diab (Clash), Justin Benson, and Aaron Moorhead (The Endless) will direct various episodes of Moon Knight as well.
