Anna Kendrick & Wunmi Mosaku To Star In Lionsgate’s Psychological Thriller ‘Alice, Darling’

Since her days stealing scenes in the Twilight franchise and belting in Disney’s Into The Woods, Anna Kendrick continues to diversify her already impressive résumé. Up next, as first reported by Deadline, Kendrick will lead the ensemble cast of Lionsgate’s psychological thriller Alice, Darling.
The picture, which is already filming in Canada, will serve as the directorial debut for Marie Antoinette actress Mary Nighy. The plot follows Alice, portrayed by Kendrick, who begins acting strange and hiding secrets from her two best friends after getting a new boyfriend. While on a girl’s trip out of town, a local girl goes missing while Alice’s new boyfriend mysteriously arrives unannounced.

Kendrick achieved a bevy of recognition for Up in the Air, which earned her an Academy Award. Most recently, Kendrick leads the cast for Netflix’s sci-fi thriller Stowaway. Up next, the actress will lead the cast of Netflix’s surreal Rodney & Sheryl, based on a true story.
