‘God Of War’ Adaptation Reportedly In Development At Sony

One of Sony’s most beloved video game franchises may soon have its own adaptation. According to insider Daniel Richtman, the studio is developing a God of War project.

The franchise has become a flagship title for PlayStation, consisting of eight titles with the ninth currently in development. Created by David Jaffe, the first game was released in 2005 on the PlayStation 2. Focusing on ancient mythology, the game follows Kratos, a Spartan warrior seeking vengeance on the Greek pantheon. Later entries in the series have had Kratos take on the Norse gods alongside his son Atreus.

Sony Pictures has previously stated they plan to develop film and television projects based on their library of titles. This includes the previously announced The Last of Us series on HBO and Tom Holland’s Uncharted film. Richtman stated on his Patreon that as of now, he is not sure if the God of War project will be a film or a television series.

I think you should take all the god of war games put them in abundle and dale them for ps3 4 5 I like the game it’s my all time favorite I for one would buy it pls consider it

if the sequel to the current one is in production already in process or noti can’t wait for the Ragnarok sequel to the Norse age for Kratos to face Thor Odin then maybe Fenrir the warriors three and so on I can’t wait
