Fans finally have their first look at Venom and Carnage in Sony’s upcoming movie Venom: Let There Be Carnage. Costumes for the characters have recently been spotted online, revealing how they will appear in the sequel.
The costumes, which are currently available on Amazon, are being advertised as officially licensed by Marvel. They are reportedly based on the characters’ appearances in the movie. What makes this very interesting is that Venom now has the iconic Spider-Man symbol on his chest.
The fact Eddie Brock’s titular anti-hero has the Spider-Man symbol begs a number of questions about the new film. It has been rumored for some time now that fans could expect to see Tom Holland’s Spidey appear in the Sony Universe of Marvel Characters. This development could mean that crossover will happen in some capacity during the film.
Meanwhile, Carnage looks like he has been ripped right from the comics. The character is sporting his classic red and black look. Additionally, his black highlights look just like Venom’s tendrils, which makes sense given his origin.
